LOGAN & REDLANDS
Grace Tobin is an emerging leader in education, youth engagement, and regional workforce development, bringing strong governance, collaboration, and community insight to the RDA Logan & Redlands Board.
Grace currently serves as Pathways Lead at Y Schools / Y Care (YMCA Queensland), where she supports young people facing barriers to mainstream education to access training, employment, and meaningful future pathways. Her hands-on leadership connects schools, employers, and training providers to create inclusive opportunities that strengthen the local skills pipeline.
Originally from North Stradbroke Island, but now a resident of Logan, Grace is also the Vice President of the Redlands Coast Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Redlands Regional Jobs Committee (RJC).
Grace is passionate about ensuring that the Logan and Redlands region continues to grow as a connected, resilient and opportunity-rich community.
