Shane Rendalls has a social work background and has worked in direct service provision, community development, planning and management across health, community services, child protection, housing, disability services and aged care. This was followed by senior positions in management advisory where he has led strategic planning, service redesign, program evaluation and business case development across government.
A resident of the bay islands, Shane is a member of the Southern Moreton Bay Island Chamber of Commerce and active in the local community.
