Rotary International is dedicated to advancing goodwill and peace around the world. With over 34,000 clubs and 1.2 million members world-wide, Rotary provides its vast volunteer base with the opportunity for friendship and service.
For the first time the annual Rotary Membership Conference in South East Queensland will be open to other groups from the not-for-profit community sector.
The objective of the conference on Saturday 26th August 2017 is for attendees to develop a blueprint for Rotary Clubs or community organisations to remain relevant, recruit and retain volunteers.
Participants will hear from brand expert and founder of Brand Genetics Allan Bonsall, who will share his “brand power” perspective. His long and distinguished career has spanned the advertising industry, corporate and retail sectors and high profile consulting roles to government and private enterprises.
Other speakers will provide insight into volunteering in Australia and the community we serve.
Join Rotary International, Regional Development Australia (RDA) Logan & Redlands and Griffith University to help your organisation to evolve and attract new volunteers.
The all-day conference will be held at Griffith University, Logan Campus. Registration fee is a low $55 (+booking fees) and is limited to 200 attendees so get in quick! Click here to register.
