Chiou See Anderson started Elements Third Age Living @ Springwood in 2003. Over the past 15 years she has led the business from a property development start-up through to a fully functioning retirement village of about 200 residents and eight staff. During the development stages, she led a team of nine expert witnesses, two barristers and two lawyers through a successful appeal process in the Planning & Environment Court over a period of 18 months. The construction of infrastructure, gardens and 123 homes over the past 10 years required overall management of the design and consulting team members in addition to the day-to-day management of multiple construction teams.
Ms Anderson holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) - Queensland University of Technology and a Master of Business Administration - Deakin University. She has lived in Brisbane and the Gold Coast for the past 30 years and has worked in Logan for the past 15 years.
